The Management Board of the Company under the name of PORR Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000026184 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") acting on the basis of art. 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act - Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) requests the Company under the name PORR Bau GmbH with its registered office in Vienna, Republic of Austria, address: A-1100 Vienna, Absberggasse 47, registered in commercial register of the Commercial Court in Vienna (Handelsgericht) under the number FN 34160k, being the sole shareholder of the company Company, to submit the share documents held for dematerialisation. The share documents should be submitted to the Company's registered office address: 123 Hołubcowa Street, 02-854 Warsaw.
