The newly developed Canopy by Hilton Warsaw is located in the heart of the city, at 50/52 Wilcza Street, on the site of the former Wilcza House. Following a tender for the general contractor for further construction work, PORR, which was also responsible for the demolition of Wilcza House, was again selected. With its experience and professionalism, PORR is expected to guarantee the success of this investment.

Construction of the new Hilton hotel on Wilcza Street will begin in the coming months, with completion scheduled for 2026. Work will be carried out in several phases, covering both construction and finishing works, taking into account the latest technology and environmental standards. The project aims to create a space that is not only luxurious but also functional, with modern design and high-quality materials. The aim is to provide guests with exceptional comfort and an unforgettable experience.
- After successfully completing the demolition of an office building dating from 1950 and securing the excavation, we are moving on to the next stage of the project. In 17 months at 50/52 Wilcza Street, we will build a 30-metre-high building with 9 above-ground and 2 underground storeys. The task ahead of us requires precision and increased safety measures, as the structure being erected will be closely adjacent to the neighbouring tenements. Another challenge is the very small size of the construction site located in the very centre of the capital, which will require us to organise deliveries and work very well.
The task is ambitious, but we are fully prepared for it, as our experience proves. I am referring not only to the first stage of this investment, which is already behind us, but also to a number of projects we have completed in the centre of Warsaw - SKYSAWA and WidokTowers high-rises, or the ongoing construction of The Form office building on the corner of Miedziana and Pańska Streets - said Dariusz Wietrzyński, Member of the Board of PORR S.A. responsible for volume construction.
