INFINITY Zieleniec Ski & SPA will rise in the direct vicinity of a dozen ski lifts and slopes of Zieleniec, a district of the health resort Duszniki-Zdrój. Under the task commissioned to PORR, a 14-storey building with 356 hotel apartments will be constructed, covering a total area of more than 46,000 m2. The facility will be executed to meet development standards, without the final fit-out of apartments, the conference and recreational area.
Most of the hotel building will feature a reinforced concrete structure with complementary masonry elements. The prime hotel part will be covered with flat roofs topped by green areas or recreational sites. For the apartment section on storeys +5 and +6, a gable roof is foreseen, with a structure made of steel and covered with titanium-zinc sheets. It is planned to make the building façade out of various materials, predominantly alucobond panels, fibre-cement panels, titanium-zinc sheets and stone cladding.
According to the investment project’s performance schedule, the shell and core stage will be reached by the end of this year, whereas development standards (technical acceptance procedures and obtaining the legally valid occupancy permit) will be met in the months from July until September 2022.
New aparthotel in Karpacz
PIEMONTE Hotel & Resort – a 3-storey aparthotel comprising three buildings with 133 rooms and covering a total area of ca. 10,000 m2 will be built in the centre of Karpacz, directly next to a ski slope. The contract provides for the task execution under a design (execution design) and build system over a period of 15 months.
The buildings will be erected by traditional method: a reinforced concrete and masonry structure with timber frame gable roofs covered with ceramic roofing tiles. The building façades will be made chiefly of natural materials, i.e. timber and stones. The whole facility will be equipped with a complete set of utilities: specific, high-standard sanitary, mechanical, electrical and telecommunication systems for the hotel construction industry. Besides hotel apartments, a wellness zone with an outdoor swimming pool and restaurant rooms have been foreseen in the facility.
The premises around the buildings will undergo comprehensive development resulting in access roads, passageways between buildings, recreational areas and cultivated green areas.
