PORR to build Celna Housing Estate in Szczecin

Warsaw, 27.10.2021 - J.W. Construction Holding S.A. has chosen PORR S.A. to be the General Contractor of the first two construction stages of Szczecin’s residential building complex with service points. The unit consisting of two buildings, which comprise more than 400 apartments, will be rising in Celna Street over 26 months.

J.W. Construction’s investment project located in Szczecin will be erected on land lots placed at the river Odra, in Celna Street, next to Długi Bridge. Across this area, multifamily residential buildings with service points and garage halls will be developed.

PORR is in charge of the execution of the investment project’s first two stages in Celna Street. During those stages, two seven-storey-tall buildings, holding a volume of about 90 thousand cubic metres, will be built, each of them covering a total area of about 25 thousand square metres.
