PORR will reconstruct building at 18 Senatorska Street

Warsaw, 9.02.2021 - PORR S.A. signed a contract with Sibsen Invest for reconstruction and interior design works for new tenants of the existing building at 18/18 AB Senatorska Street in Warsaw. The investment project will be completed by the end of October 2021.

PORR will reconstruct the rooms of the office and retail services building with a common underground garage. The building at 18 Senatorska Street consists of two objects built along a frontage road – one with 6 storeys and the other of medium height. In addition to room reconstruction, the contractor will also have to eliminate any existing inconsistencies with technical, construction and fire protection regulations and to bring the building’s condition into compliance with the law.   

Task execution started on the day the contract was signed. All works assigned to the contractor will be finished in October 2021.
