The project will involve the construction of an office and administration building with a total area of approximately 26,000 sqm and a volume of about 158,000 cubic metres.

The building is expected to have an office part as well as technological space used for the management of the district electricity dispatch. The office and operator areas are housed in an office and administration building with three above-ground stories and one underground floor, consisting of three main blocks that are connected to one another. The server room with an IT capacity of 0.5 MW, which PORR will fit with the appropriate technological, air conditioning and energy supply, will collect and process data from all electricity meters in Poland. It is not only the building itself that is important.

All the underground elements, including, above all, the fibre-optic networks that will be used to e.g. control the transmission of electricity, are also of key significance. Among other things, the Area Power Dispatch and the Regional Supervision Centre will be located on the project site.

The design of the building puts great emphasis on the use of environmentally friendly solutions - the facility will be energy efficient, using rainwater harvesting technologies as well as on-roof photovoltaic panels.
