PORR Equipment Services Poland (PES Poland) is a specialized, independent unit with the technologically advanced equipment used in all branches of construction in which PORR SA carries out projects at the domestic and international level. We support all areas that are part of the PORR SA organization in terms of construction equipment and vehicle fleet management.
We operate in accordance with international quality, environmental and health and safety requirements.
Our activities are based on highly qualified technical staff, and many years of experience allow us to guarantee the highest quality in PORR's construction services and ensure optimal management and maintenance of construction equipment.
The structure of PES Poland includes the following units:
- Equipment Management Department
- Rental and Investment Department
- Fleet Management Department
- Service and Maintenance Department
- Commercial Department
In addition, the PES Poland unit is strengthened with additional departments to support the goals of the entire PORR SA organization:
Energy Management Department - is engaged in finding the best solutions for sustainable and efficient use of energy.
Energy Management Department is responsible for:
- planning and implementing energy efficiency improvement projects such as upgrading existing installations or applying renewable energy (RES);
- implementing energy management systems to ensure monitoring and reduction of energy consumption;
- conducting energy efficiency monitoring of PORR SA equipment and properties;
- verification of energy market trends;
- contracting energy for PORR SA based on the group's strategy;
- the Energy Management Department is an active member of the ESG team at PORR SA.
Real Estate Management Department - performs tasks in the management of PORR SA's real estate and regional offices to ensure their optimal use and maintenance. The structure of the Real Estate Department includes two teams: the Real Estate Team - Headquarters and Regional Offices, and the Technical Real Estate Team.
The tasks of the Real Estate Management Department include:
- planning and implementing real estate management strategies, as well as planning office and warehouse space and supervising the organization of space in accordance with the guidelines of the Group;
- overseeing lease agreements including negotiating contracts, leasing properties and handling lease agreements;
- supporting activities related to the implementation of sustainable development strategies, in this by applying green solutions and investing in sustainable real estate;
- providing services related to the maintenance of properties.
IMS Department - actively supports the Board, management and employees of PORR S.A. in the implementation, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Group's Integrated Management System (IMS) based on EN ISO 9001:2015, EN-ISO 14001:2015, EN ISO 45001:2018 standards.
We are certified according to the following standards:

- ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Tasks of the IMS Department:
- coordinate the implementation of Group procedures and prepare adaptations of Group instructions, checklists, forms, etc. to local conditions;
- cooperation with process leaders and working groups preparing procedures (e.g. guidelines, instructions, forms, checklists);
- carrying out internal audits in all PORR SA units;
- coordination of external audits - certification audits;
- preparing post-audit reports and controlling the effectiveness of the idea of continuous improvement;
- conducting onboarding and knowledge-enhancing training on IMS, preparation of training materials and coordination of expert meetings related to the Integrated Management System subject area.
