Business Garden Poznań

With phase 1 of the "Poznań Business Garden" construction project, PORR undertook to supply turnkey construction of the biggest office building complex in Poland. In the course of this first phase, four ultramodern office buildings were executed with a total area of approximately 42,000 m², between early 2013 and late 2014.

The offices were ready for their tenants on schedule at the beginning of 2015 and have since become an ideal environment for efficient work in modern surroundings. Energy efficiency alongside user friendliness were the focus in fitting out the building. This meant paying attention to a number of environmental and social aspects in the planning and construction of the Business Gardens, which ranged from good accessibility to energy efficiency and from the use of environmentally friendly materials to reduced water consumption and extensive recycling of construction materials. As a result, the project was awarded with LEED Platinum certification.

Alongside office space, there are also areas for shops, services, restaurants and a conference centre.

Together with the four buildings, each with a basement and seven upper floors, construction of access roads and surrounding green areas also counted as part of the work package for PORR, in a project whose quality and environmental compatibility have already set an example to learn by in Poland.
