PORR will build a new rail stop Kraków Przylasek

Warsaw, September 7, 2023 – PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. has signed a contract with PORR S.A. for the design and construction of the Kraków Przylasek rail stop, on railroad line No. 95. The task will be carried out under the "Government program for the construction or modernization of railroad stops for 2021-2025". The contract, worth nearly PLN 9 million gross, will be completed within 18 months.

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works in the Design and Build system, involving the construction of two new single-edge platforms for the Krakow Przylasek stop. Within the scope of the contract PORR S.A. will also construct access roads to the platforms and install elements of equipment (information boards, information showcases, etc.), point platform shelters and small architecture (benches, waste garbage cans, etc.).

The full scope of work covered by the contract will be completed in Q4 2024.
